The revision of the rates for facilities and other services in Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan KVS Auditorium, KV No. 2, Delhi Cantt. by the outside agencies has been enhanced and approved by the Board of Governors of KVS in its 109^th meeting held on 6^th March, 2018 as follows :

Security charges	50% of the base slab rate amount against damages, if any (refundable)
Booking amount	100% in advance
Use of foyer for exhibition	Rs.6000/- for each year foyer
VIP room charges	Rs.6000/- per room
Service Tax / GST	As applicable from time to time
The decision will be effective from the date of issue of this memorandum.
